Ingredients
  

  • leftover pie dough pieces
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice *see note
  • 1 TBS sugar

Instructions
 

  • Lay leftover pie crust pieces on a baking tray. Generously sprinkle each piece with a mixture of pumpkin spice and sugar, covering the surface evenly.

  • Bake the scraps in a 350° F until golden and crisp. About 10 – 12 minutes.

Notes

  • *if you don’t have pumpkin spice, simply mix a 1/2 tsp of cinnamon with a 1/4 tsp ginger and an 1/8 tsp each of cloves and nutmeg.
