Pumpkin Spice Leftover Pie Dough

Pumpkin spice leftover pie dough is the best and easiest way to use up those pie crust scraps.
Rather than tossing out the leftover dough after making your favorite pumpkin or apple pie, make it into a deliciously flaky treat to snack on.

pumpkin spice

Instructions
Lay leftover pie crust pieces on a baking tray. Generously sprinkle each piece with a mixture of pumpkin spice and sugar, covering the surface evenly.

1 tsp pumpkin spice,
1 TBS sugar
Bake the scraps in a 350° F until golden and crisp. About 10 - 12 minutes.
Let the pieces cool for a couple minutes before enjoying.
Notes
*if you don't have pumpkin spice, simply mix a 1/2 tsp of cinnamon with a 1/4 tsp ginger and an 1/8 tsp each of cloves and nutmeg.
