Cooking tips
Making a delicious ground turkey stir fry is all about balancing flavors and textures.
Here are some simple tips to help you get the best results every time:
Use a hot pan – Preheat your pan before adding the turkey. A hot pan ensures even browning and prevents the meat from steaming instead of browning.
Use a big pan – This recipe makes a good amount of stir fry, so mush sure to use a large pan. A 12” skillet should be perfect.
Whisk well — Right before adding the sauce, make sure to mix it well so the cornstarch is distributed throughout. This will help the sauce thicken.

Conclusion
Making a healthy and flavorful ground turkey stir fry at home is easier than you think! With just a bag of coleslaw mix, a simple yet delicious sauce, and lean ground turkey, you can whip up a tasty meal in no time.
Whether you’re serving it over rice, noodles, or keeping it low-carb with cauliflower rice, this stir fry is a flexible, family-friendly dinner option.
