  • 2 cups old fashioned rolled oats
  • 2 TBS ground flaxseeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ground ginger
  • ¼ tsp kosher salt
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup finely grated carrot (grated on the small holes)
  • ¼ cup applesauce
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Place an oven rack in the center position. Preheat your oven to 350°F. lightly grease an 8×8-inch baking dish and line with a parchment paper sling.
  • In a large bowl, whisk the oats, flaxseeds, cinnamon, ginger, and salt together. Set aside.
