- 1 ½ cups mashed ripe banana (377 g, about 3-4 bananas)
- ¾ cup honey (270 g)
- ½ cup avocado oil (94 g)
- 3 cups spelt flour (420 g)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp kosher salt
Instructions
- Adjust an oven rack to the center position. Heat your oven to 350° F. Grease and flour a 9" x 5" loaf pan
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas really well until they are smooth. Once the bananas are smooth, add in the honey and oil. Mix until everything is combined.1 ½ cups mashed ripe banana, ¾ cup honey, ½ cup avocado oil
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.3 cups spelt flour, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp baking powder, ½ tsp baking soda, ½ tsp kosher salt
