- 1 small bunch radish
- 15 – 20 fresh basil leaves
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
- ½ tsp freshly cracked pepper
Instructions
- Wash and remove the stems and roots of the radishes. Cut the radish into a ¼" dice.1 small bunch radish
- Chiffonade the basil by stacking up about 5 of the basil leaves at a time, then gently rolling them into a tube shape. Using a sharp chef's knife, slice the roll of basil leaves crosswise into thin, even strips. Repeat until all the leaves are cut into thin strips.15 – 20 fresh basil leaves
