Greek Yogurt Radish Dip

It’s creamy, tangy, and packed with bold flavor from crumbled feta cheese and crisp, peppery radishes.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 small bunch radish
  • 15 - 20 fresh basil leaves
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ½ tsp freshly cracked pepper

Instructions
 

  • Wash and remove the stems and roots of the radishes. Cut the radish into a ¼" dice.

  • Chiffonade the basil by stacking up about 5 of the basil leaves at a time, then gently rolling them into a tube shape. Using a sharp chef's knife, slice the roll of basil leaves crosswise into thin, even strips. Repeat until all the leaves are cut into thin strips.
    15 - 20 fresh basil leaves
  • In a medium bowl, mix together the yogurt, crumbled feta, diced radish, basil, and the black pepper until everything is well combined.
    1 cup plain Greek yogurt, ½ cup crumbled feta cheese, ½ tsp freshly cracked pepper
  • Spoon into a serving bowl and enjoy with crackers, fresh veggies, or warm pita bread.
