Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup (280 g) plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 TBS white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¾ tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ¼ tsp sugar

Instructions
 

  • Add the Greek yogurt to a medium-sized mixing bowl.
    1 cup (280 g) plain Greek yogurt
  • Whisk in the white wine vinegar.
    2 TBS white wine vinegar
  • Then add the dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and sugar.
    1 tsp dried dill, ½ tsp garlic powder, ½ tsp onion powder, ¾ tsp kosher salt, ¼ tsp pepper, ¼ tsp sugar
  • Whisk everything together until smooth and evenly combined.
  • Taste the dip and see if it needs more salt. Add more, a pinch at a time, mixing and tasting as you add until perfectly seasoned.
  • You can serve immediately, or cover and let chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  • Serve this dip with fresh cut veggies or crackers and enjoy!
