Add the Greek yogurt to a medium-sized mixing bowl.
1 cup (280 g) plain Greek yogurt
Whisk in the white wine vinegar.
2 TBS white wine vinegar
Then add the dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and sugar.
1 tsp dried dill, ½ tsp garlic powder, ½ tsp onion powder, ¾ tsp kosher salt, ¼ tsp pepper, ¼ tsp sugar
Whisk everything together until smooth and evenly combined.
Taste the dip and see if it needs more salt. Add more, a pinch at a time, mixing and tasting as you add until perfectly seasoned.
You can serve immediately, or cover and let chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
