Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup yogurt (250 g)
  • 1 TBS chia seeds
  • 2 tsp honey (16 g)
  • 1 tsp orange extract (optional)
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • cup old fashioned oats (33 g)
  • 1 navel orange, peeled and chopped

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl or mason jar, mix together the yogurt, chia seeds, honey, orange extract, and vanilla until well combined.

  • Add the oats and chopped oranges to the yogurt mixture and stir to combine.
    ⅓ cup old fashioned oats, 1 navel orange, peeled and chopped
  • Cover the bowl (or place a lid on the jar) and put in the fridge. Let chill for 30 minutes or up to overnight. Enjoy for breakfast or as a snack.
