Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup natural peanut butter (chunky or creamy)
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 3 TBS rice vinegar
  • 2 TBS sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced or ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 2 stalks green onion greens and whites chopped

Instructions
 

  • In a medium sized bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and ground ginger until smooth and well integrated.
    ½ cup natural peanut butter, ¼ cup soy sauce, 3 TBS rice vinegar, 2 TBS sesame oil, 2 cloves garlic, minced, 1 tsp ground ginger
  • Mix in the chopped green onion until evenly distributed.

  • Stir in water a tablespoon at a time until you reach your desired consistency. Enjoy!
