In a large blender, put the milk, bananas, eggs, and vanilla. Blend until smooth.
¾ cup milk of choice, 3 ripe bananas, 3 whole eggs, 1 tsp vanilla
Add the oats, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Blend until smooth, stopping to scrape sides of the blender with a rubber spatula as necessary.
2 ¼ cup old fashioned oats, 1 TBS baking powder, ½ tsp kosher salt, ½ tsp cinnamon
Heat a skillet or griddle over medium low-heat. Add a small amount of oil to the hot surface.
Pour about a ¼ cup of batter onto the griddle. Let cook until bubbles appear on the surface and the edges look just set. Flip and cook another 30 seconds. Transfer cooked pancake onto a plate. Repeat until all batter is used.
